Job description :
- Validation engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, preparing and performing crash safety-related testing for vehicle developments.
Main Duties, Operational Tasks, Responsibilities :
Prepare the requests for the necessary component kits for the successful execution of the PIV (Physical Integrity Validation) and ensure their proper delivery to the testing laboratory.Prepare the test requests. - Ensure the compliance of the testing equipment.Collaborate with the service pilot and responsible to write the preliminary report (info choc) and distribute it within 48 hours after the test.Analyze the impact and write the test report.Transmit the test data to the relevant supplier who use them (Air bag casing, Air bag and belt, bumper, etc.).Archive all the test data in compliance with costumer’s stanfards.Qualification Requirements :
Engineering education in Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.Experienced in crash simulation & safety assessments.Experienced in High-speed front, rear & side crash, pedestrian protection and repairability.Highly self-organized and self-responsible with ability to work in a team.Good knowledge in the automotive field and product development phases.Strong understanding of physical testing principles, and knowledge of safety regulations and standards.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
