Supervisor, Submission Officer, Manager

Submission Officer - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience with 12 years of education and basic computer handling skills.

Preferred Languages : knowledge of English, Arabic and French mandatory.

Supervisor : Should have minimum 2 years of experience in handling a team.Quick problem solving skills.Handling customer / applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.Ensuring customer satisfaction is prime focus.

Manager - Should have minimum 2 years + experience in a similar role.Should be good in handling a Team,handling VIP clients, Client relationships, Vendor Management, Understand and assist associates at times when required.
