Please note this is a fixed term contract, the main location for this role will be in AlUla, however some travelling between Khaybar and Tayma will be required too.
To manage a caseload of learners from start of joining the program through to completion. The Learning Coach will engage learners to remain on track through the duration of the program, ensuring attendance is optimized and all certificates are achieved.
Responsibilities
To ensure that learners understand the program pre-requisites and the course requirements, helping to set and manage
expectations.
Support the registration of learners using designated contract(s)
processes.
Where pre-course questionnaires are required, distributing these to learners on their caseload and ensuring responses are
provided.
Providing pre-course questionnaire results to the Training Manager to ensure learners are allocated to learning at the appropriate level.
Ensure that learners are booked on the required courses and are fully aware of their schedule of learning.
Monitor attendance of sessions, and ensuring attendance is recorded, to ensure learners attend their planned learning activities and take all necessary steps to keep learners engaged and retained throughout their
program.
Track learner progress in line with the agreed learner journey and curriculum objectives (e.g., assignments, self-led learning), ensuring that work submitted by learners is marked and returned to them within a reasonable timeframe and with good quality developmental
feedback.
Following up with learners should their attendance drop or quality of work decrease, discussing any issues that may be affecting them and identifying
solutions.
Ensure that detailed records are maintained throughout the entire learner journey, and that processes and procedures are fully always understood and given due
regard.
Gathering feedback from learners, and line managers providing data and information to support continuous improvement
activities.
Investigates issues and complaints, articulating the problem and recommending solutions.
Accurately analyzing data and reports in line with internal requirements and where required, support with production of reports, proactively identifying performance risks and providing solutions.
Skills Experience of working in the employability, recruitment and / or training industry
Experience delivering impartial careers advice, with a strong understanding of the barriers people face when accessing learning and / or work
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to swiftly build rapport with internal, external stakeholders and learners
