Your Role As a payroll responsible, you will play a key role in Aptiv ensuring payroll management for all staff in accordance with pre-established procedures and schedules.The activities of the payroll responsible are as follows :

• Manage the payroll of direct and indirect staff
• Preparation of the generation of the entries recorded for the Finance Department (payroll book and payroll by department).
• Integration and reimbursement of insurance expenses and work accidents in the payroll software.
• Preparation of quarterly statements (illness / Maternity, death, disability, disability, insurance, work accidents).
• SAP Follow up.
• RI Annual Statement.
• Expatriate payroll processing.
• Litigation files follow up.
• Prepare CDI & CDD contracts for new recruits.
• Prepare the tax discharge file in the event of the departure of an expatriate and the annual declaration of the IR.
• Monitor absenteeism.
• Track hires for integration of new recruits' data into the payroll software.
• Prepare salary certificates for staff.
