Principal Responsibilities :
- Management of clients, smartcards and Point of Sale Terminals (POS)
- Printing, encoding and issuing of smartcards
- Software loading and hardware maintenance of the POS
- Periodic processing, report printing and statistics analysis
- Quality control on the system
