- Influencing and gaining sponsorship from multiple stakeholders across engineering lines of business to ensure successful project / program execution.
- Identifying, prioritizing, and successfully executing a broad portfolio of Early In Career initiatives and programs.
- Creating project plans with timelines, identifying risks and blockers, and optimizing execution for owned programs / tracks.
- Providing regular status updates to leadership, backed by data and analytics.
- Managing and analyzing the overall Early In Career portfolio budget, including spend tracking and forecasting.
- Driving change and acting as an effective ambassador for projects and programs.
- Establishing consistent reporting standards across the Early In Career program portfolio.
- Benchmarking Early In Career programs against industry best practices and identifying new focus areas.
- Facilitating sessions focused on career development within the Early In Career program.
- Creating effective proposals for new program initiatives to be presented to senior management.
- Using analytics and expertise to tell the Early In Career story and influence organizational leadership on program direction.
- Planning and directing schedules for multiple programs running simultaneously.
- Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to understand and capture program requirements.
- Navigating complex dependencies between cross-functional teams and organizational priorities to optimize execution.
- Influencing internal and external teams to prioritize and drive mitigation plans while ensuring ownership and follow-up through program closure.
- Establishing scalable frameworks (processes, tools, etc.) for end-to-end project management and applying best practices for documentation.
- Determining methods and procedures for new assignments and coordinating activities of other personnel as needed.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
