  • Should be a Graduate
  • French Read, write & speak (C1 level of proficiency) + English Read & Write (B2 level of proficiency)
  • Must Have Skills :

    • Basic working knowledge on computer
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills in required language.
    • Responsibilities :

    • Understand customer queries related to bookings, Changes and refunds if any thru Voice & non voice channels and address the same
    • Document the customer queries in CRM
    • Connect with different Third party team to delivery information and solution to the customer
    • Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Good information processing skills – Able to react promptly to a situation, read, think, type or search simultaneously.
    • Good Typing Speed
