Job description
Duties and Responsibilities :
Providing technical support for foreigner customers
Registering customers’ problems and requests
Monitoring and classifying all incoming documents and information
Assignment of unresolved cases to the next line of support
Following customer service standards

Very good knowledge of French language in written and spoken
Communicative level of English language

Good command of computer literacy - MS Office
