Wexus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MID_SENIOR-level Responsable Achats to join our team in Casablanca. As a Responsable Achats, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers. This is a full-time position with an on-site working mode, offering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and requirements
- Monitor and analyze procurement trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Industrial Automation industryStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
