Production Manager – Kitchen Appliances Manufacturing

Job Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize the manufacturing operations of our kitchen appliances production line . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production processes to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead daily operations of the production floor, ensuring adherence to production schedules and output targets.

Manage the manufacturing of various kitchen appliances (ovens, hoods, cooktops, etc.) across all stages – assembly, testing, and packaging.

Monitor and improve productivity, quality, safety, and workflow efficiency.

Supervise and train production staff, team leaders, and shift supervisors.

Coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality control, R&D, and supply chain departments.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal policies, and ISO / quality standards.

Analyze production data and KPIs, and implement continuous improvement strategies (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).

Manage raw material usage, minimize waste, and ensure stock availability for uninterrupted operations.

Support new product launches by coordinating with engineering and technical teams for process adaptation.

• Proven experience as production director
• Deep knowledge of production management
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• BSc / Ba in business administration or relevant field is preferred
