Position : Academic Coordinator
SIST - Associate College of Cardiff Metropolitan University - A private higher education school in Rabat, is looking for an Academic Coordinator to be the main person responsible for academic operations at SIST Rabat campus. The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for delivering an efficient quality academic support to students and lecturers. S / he will ensure the smooth running of academic operations and activities in addition to providing support to lecturers, students and other relevant stakeholders in the development, implementation and evaluation of academic programmes.
Main responsibilities :
- Provide academic guidance, support, and trainings to lecturers and students
- Ensure that students and lecturers have the necessary materials to conduct their all academic operations
- Teach up to 12 hours per week
- Organise and coordinate academic activities
- Develop and maintain academic policies
- Monitor and evaluate academic performance of students
- Provide academic counseling sessions to students
- Assist with the recruitment and selection of lecturers and academic staff
- Liaise with external organisations and stakeholders
