As a Brand & Sales Ambassador for Laboratory & Analytical Technology , you will represent IKA externally and actively contribute to strengthening our brand image. You will create awareness and generate sales opportunities through a variety of marketing and sales activities :
Your Responsibilities :
- Responsibility for revenue development within the assigned sales territory
- Independently expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction
- Being the local contact for IKA customers and channel partners and maintain strong relationships
- Implementation of local sales and marketing activities as directed by the sales management
- Visit existing and potential new customers / channel partners to present solutions from IKA
- Identify sales opportunities across targeted industries and ensure successful deal closures
- Support local channel partners in promoting the IKA brand and in closing sales opportunities for IKA products
- Respond to inquiries and provide feedback on IKA’s portfolio (in collaboration with other departments)
- Provide feedback on customer requests, market trends and competition activities
- Maintain customer data and report activities via the IKA CRM system
