Build and implement an affiliate acquisition and growth strategy tailored to African regionsIdentify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliate partners across casino and sportsbook verticalsNegotiate partnership models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and define KPIsMonitor affiliate performance by analyzing traffic quality, ROI, retention, and player valueEnsure transparent reporting, payment accuracy, and partner complianceLaunch initiatives to increase partner engagement and retentionWork closely with product, marketing, and CRM teams to align acquisition efforts with lifecycle and retention strategiesThe Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Affiliate Manager or Head of Affiliate in iGamingSolid understanding of casino and sportsbook verticalsProven track record in growing affiliate programs from scratchExcellent negotiation, communication, and partnership management skillsStrong analytical mindset and experience working with performance metricsFluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)Experience working with African markets is a plusThe Employer
