Are you a driven and results-oriented professional with a passion for generating profitable sales and driving business growth? We are looking for a Sales advisor for our client based in Casablanca

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and Execute Action Plans : Create strategic action plans to achieve revenue targets and identify incremental revenue streams. Initiate and conduct Joint Business Planning sessions with strategic partners to drive mutual success.
  • Partner Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, both new and existing, to ensure customer loyalty and compliance with vendor agreements. Drive partner adoption of company programs and technologies.
  • Market Analysis and Planning : Regularly assess customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor value propositions to inform business strategies and action plans. Provide quarterly feedback to management on market, channel, and vendor specifics.
  • Ensure Optimal Time to Market : Ensure the conditions for optimal time to market of resources and technology, enabling effective sales execution and customer responsiveness.
  • Performance Evaluation : Review sales performance, track achievements against targets, and conduct Quarterly Partner Landscape Reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements :

  • Proven track record in generating profitable sales and achieving business growth targets.
  • Experience in partner relationship management, recruiting new partners, and developing existing partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and ability to ensure partner compliance with vendor agreements and certifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze market data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with sales performance evaluation and reporting techniques.
