Managing Director - Luxury Hospitality - Mauritius

As Managing Director, you will take full leadership of the Group's strategic direction, ensuring sustainable growth, financial performance, and exceptional guest and employee experiences. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Defining and executing the Group's long-term vision, aligning with its growth and market expansion strategies.
• Overseeing the operational excellence of all properties, ensuring superior service standards, sustainability initiatives, and a culture of innovation.
• Driving profitability, optimizing revenue streams, and maintaining financial discipline to enhance shareholder value.
• Leading and developing a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and innovation.
• Strengthening the Group's market positioning, leveraging emerging trends in luxury hospitality, technology, and guest experience.
• Representing the Group at board level, ensuring compliance with corporate governance, audit, and risk management policies.

The Successful Applicant

You are an accomplished leader in the luxury hospitality sector, bringing a minimum of 15 year's executive experience, including a strong track record in managing upscale city hotels or a portfolio of properties.
