We are pleased to inform that we are looking for an HR Development Specialist to join HR department in YMO.

Job Criteria :

• Level of studies :  Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience :
• At least  3  years of relevant professional experience in a leadership role
• Language :  Fluent speaker of French and English.
• Attributions & Tasks :  The candidate has to :
• Ensure the recruitment of staff in accordance with the provisional recruitment plan
• Ensure onboarding & specific training plans
• Manage internal competitions
• Update on ONE HR (Creation of a new position, Creation of job requisition,)
• Manage of long-term medical certificate
• Manage trainees
• Monitor of motivation actions (events, special days, etc.)
• Analyzing training & development needs
• Management of job descriptions
• Conduction System Audits……….

The position is located in YAZAKI MOROCCO in Tangier
