Posizione :

We are looking for a Sales Manager, that would have the following duties & responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in assigned area;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as HR and and product development, to develop sales implementing engineering team in : time, volumes and quality as agreed with customers;
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly;
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management;
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of the company's sales goals and profitability;
  • Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities, with the potential, to create business value for the future;
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects;
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports;
  • Create and conduct proposal presentation;
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team;
  • Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up;
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction;
  • Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company's values, policies and ethics codes of conduct;
  • Attend networking events and build industry connections in order to facilitate business growth;
  • Accountable for all commercial aspects of engagement with multiple strategic suppliers (looking at existing contracts - analysis, negotiation, governance and closure - to deliver greater rights);
  • Manage professional customer relationships - From lead generation through project support - In cooperation with the engineering colleagues;
  • Handling marketing issues together with marketing team.

Requisiti : Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronic engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience in selling engineering services activities and customer accounting;
  • Past responsibility as business manager developing and growing engineering teams on customer request;
  • Proven knowledge of Morocco market and past experience with automotive strategic cusmtoers present on the territory;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members;
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
