- seeks a Sr. Sales Manager. This is an exciting adventure with a management company that is very ambitious. This would be a good opportunity to join a growing company that specializing in wellness and golf, as well as an exceptional stay experience for their guests. The primary focus of this role is to develop and promote the company’s Portfolio of Hotels in Europe, specifically their upscale 5 star hotels in the international markets, coordinate all sales efforts with representation agencies and partners in Key Global and European Markets, with a focus on upper scale properties. As a Sr. Sales Manager you will identify and establish relationships with specialized distribution networks (travel agencies, tour operators, specific booking platforms, etc.), negotiate commercial agreements to maximize hotel revenues and occupancy. You are also required to work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns, participate in trade shows and industry events to represent hotels and develop network of contacts. Knowledge of Moroccan market is essential. Mandatory Requirements include : - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism.- Minimum 5 years’ experience as International Sales Manager, DOS or ADOS in the hospitality sector, with a focus on wellness and golf.- Must have extensive knowledge of European and Global Markets.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related industry software.- Must be fluent in English. Knowledge of other foreign language is preferred.- Strong network in international distribution networks.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously.- Availability for frequent international travel.- Results orientation and strong ability to achieve objectives.- Team spirit and ability to collaborate.
