Reservations Assistant

The Opportunity : Our Reservation teams are an integral part of Intrepid’s success and customer experience. As a Reservation Assistant you’ll play a big part in ensuring an amazing customer experience, by providing administrative support to the Reservation Manager!In this position you will work with operators to make bookings & organise cancellation. You will also work closely with the Operations Department to ensure our trips are a success. You will get the opportunity to collaborate with the Sales Department to support private groups and external brands reservations.This is a full time positions based in our office in Marrakech and will operate on a hybrid basis. • At least 6 months experience in reservations
• Travel experience through Morocco and a passion for travel
• Outstanding organisational skills, customer service expertise with strong attention to detail
• Experience in analysis and creating reports and able to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent communications skills in English and French
