Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.
Your main duties will be :
- Gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Demonstrate your expertise in insurance or social security by leveraging your reference projects as a Business Analyst in these fields
- Apply your knowledge of Oracle to assess and recommend appropriate solutions that meet business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and expectations
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any potential issues that may impact project success
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, leveraging your expertise to drive efficient and effective project delivery
Qualifications
If you have :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plusMinimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, preferably in fields of insurance or social securityKnowledge of OracleKnowledge of Agile methodologyStrong understanding of business processes, industry trends, and best practicesProblem-solving skills and critical thinking, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex informationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and fostering effective collaboration.Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveysExperience in creating clear and concise business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specificationsFamiliarity with business analysis tools and methodologies, as well as proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Office, project management software, and data visualization toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, in both French and English.then this position is suitable for you!
