Missions de développement / Objectifs d’apprentissage :

• Découvrir l'organisation quotidienne d'une unité de restauration en environnement retail.
• Participer à la préparation, au dressage et à la mise en valeur des plats selon les standards en vigueur.
• Apprendre à appliquer les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP).
• Observer et interagir avec les clients afin de développer votre sens du service et de l’accueil.
