MASTER PRODUCTION SCHEDULE ANALYST

Job Overview TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Team is responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals. Tasks and Responsibilities As a member of our EMEA master production schedule team in the Automotive business unit, this individual will be focusing on improving our EMEA MPS process across our various manufacturing sites for the assigned value stream. The main function is to support the improvement and implementation of the standardized EMEA MPS process across the different manufacturing plants. For this, the Master Production Schedule Analyst will collaborate closely with the respective manufacturing plant MPS responsible. The target is to ensure the correct systems setup, load and capacity visibility and levelling, identification of capacity constraints and alignment on the appropriate actions. Additionally, in this role you will be driving the implementation of IBP Response for the MPS process. The Master Production Schedule Analyst will support actively key actions that need to be driven forward and liaise with other stakeholders in the supply chain and operations teams when needed. As a Master Production Schedule Analyst, You Will

• Ensure weekly standardized MPS process for the defined value stream across all related EMEA Automotive plants
• Monitor weekly the 13-weeks demand / capacity EMEA for the defined value stream at the detailed internal capacity level
• Review constraints at the manufacturing sites, load levelling and coordinate action for resolution
• Support the correct systems setup for capacities and planning views
• Ensure capacity projects are kept to schedule
• Drive IBP Response use and expansion of functionalities for the MPS process
• Identify improvement potentials and participate in projects
• Support reporting and data analytics for decision making
• Support transfer activities
