Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in federal intelligence and law enforcement agencies.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competition.
Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment for the product or service being sold, especially given the interaction with federal intelligence and law enforcement agencies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customized solutions.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote the company's products and services.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
The Successful Applicant
Proven sales experience of 15-18 years, preferably in data analytics and communication monitoring systems.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to analyse complex technical information and communicate it effectively to non-technical audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
