Quality Engineer I

الوصف الوظيفيPreferably Bac+5 minimum, with an experience within an automotive wiring Industry Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards), Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization. Good communication skills in both French and English.
Your Missions
- Establish the organization for receiving and inspecting raw materials.
- Handle supplier complaints (8D reports) using SQTS.
- Monitor supplier complaints and action plans.
- Oversee the approval of new materials.
- Conduct audits at the Raw Material Warehouse / Picking Area / Trucks.
- Manage the request and approval of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
- Define expiry and storage conditions for components.
- Monitor supplier changes (SCR).
- Request improvement plans from suppliers (WORST SUPPLIER).
- Manage the quality team of inspectors and technicians.
- Ensure the implementation of the control plan and quality standards.
