Our International Team consists of over 100 professionals delivering best quality solutions for our customers.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive the development of our products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading engineering teams, and a deep understanding of project planning methodologies and techniques. Responsibilities :
- Recruit, manage, and grow the Moldova Engineering team;
- Supervising and ensuring qualitative execution of projects within deadlines;
- Lead the transition / implementation of our engineering model from strategic partnership to self-perform (develop the plan);
- Project status reporting (e.g., current status and estimated delivery time, identification of potential risks, suggestions for overcoming them, etc.);
- Engineering Production team management : overseeing delivery quality, ensuring continuous training of each team member; execution of the performance evaluation cycle;
- Manage the FTTH Design Engineering team production and output to meet customer deadlines of fiber engineering designs
