USB Head Set, Ability to work Late night shift Morocco time typically 1 : 30pm to 11 : 30pm.
The Role & Responsibilities :
Prime Choice is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. This role is primarily responsible for taking inbound customer phone calls – answering customer questions, and providing information regarding our Prime Choice products and other customer services. Receiving, investigating, resolving and logging customer complaints or issues in a professional manner. Arranging for refunds and credits as required, while being mindful of maintaining a balance between business and customer needs.
Taking customer orders for Prime Choice merchandise and receiving payments. Processing transactions effectively.
The candidate will have :
Excellent computer skills.
Professional phone skills.
Writing skills – ability to capture customer concerns and feedback through accurate documentation of customer interactions
Must be flexible to work a rotational shift schedule. Eastern Time Zone schedules.
