Your Profile :

• Level of studies : Master's degree in Finance, accounting fields or similar
• Experience : At least 2 years experience
• Languages :  Fluent in English

Main Responsabilities :

Task

Detailed description of main activities

Monthly Closing of YEL Group

YEL Group Closing in accordance with IFRS and Yazaki Standards.

Reporting of Monthly result to YC.

Quarterly Consolidation

YEL, YELI and YWT Groups consolidation and reporting to YC Finance.

Consolidation's Preparatory Tasks.

E10 and E20 packages preparation.

Support of YC's Finance & Consolidation Questions / Request

YEL Financial statement preparation

Preparation of YEL Group's Financial statement in accordance with IFRS and UK regulation

Publication in UK compagnies house

Others

Coordiation and support of Auditors during the Half and year end reviews .

Support of HQ departements (Tax, supply mangement to answer queries from external partners : Banks, Customers ….
