Conduct end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research (online and offline) for the game business, starting from ideation, field execution, and final report creation
Conduct competitor study and provide strategic inputs for the senior leaders
Provide strategic inputs / actionable plans based on the qualitative and quantitative findings
Present research findings to senior leaders, packed in a comprehensive way
Analyze industry trends, identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats in the market
Job Requirements
Minimum a master's degree from a top reputable university (major in business-related field and engineering will be advantageous)
At least 2 years of working experience in a research agency, preferably someone who has a strong background in quantitative and qualitative research
Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.
Excellent in building reports and have strong presentation skills
Excellent project management skills; independent in managing and executing projects with minimum supervision
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Morocco; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
