We are recruiting motivated and customer-focused professionals to join a global language support project serving clients across North America and Europe.
In this role, you will facilitate communication between French and English speakers while delivering a high standard of customer experience and professionalism. As an over-the-phone interpreter, you will help people overcome language barriers and gain access to essential services, information, and support.
Previous interpretation experience is not required. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive paid training before working with clients.

Responsibilities
• Facilitate real-time communication between French and English speakers via phone
• Ensure accurate and professional interpretation of information
• Support conversations involving customer service, public services, healthcare, financial institutions, and other sectors
• Maintain confidentiality and communication quality standards
• Work with dedicated communication software and internal systems
Requirements
Language Requirements
• French: C1/C2 level or equivalent fluency
• English: C1/C2 level or equivalent fluency
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in both languages
