Role Overview :

As a Salesperson in our Call Center, you'll be a key player in reaching out to potential clients through outbound and cold calls. Your goal will be to showcase the value of our SaaS products, address client needs, and secure new business opportunities. Your charismatic communication skills and persuasive demeanor will be critical in creating lasting customer relationships and boosting our market presence.

Responsibilities :

  • Initiate outbound sales calls to potential clients and introduce our SaaS offerings.
  • Engage prospects in compelling conversations, understanding their requirements, and tailoring product pitches accordingly.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our software products to meet client needs.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads, track interactions, and follow up diligently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, our product offerings, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent our company's values and professionalism.

Requirements :

  • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus like spanish.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand customer pain points and offer relevant solutions.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Tech-savvy individual who can quickly grasp software features and benefits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing strategies.
