Overview of the role

Capgemini Morocco is looking for a junior business analyst who will be working closely with clients to define their business needs and make sure that all requirements are clearly identified and communicated to the technical team.

Job Description

Your main duties include :

• Analyzing our clients' business processes and functional needs.
• Writing requirement specifications and functional specifications.
• Facilitating scoping workshops with clients.
• Ensuring adherence to standards to minimize custom development.
• Assisting the business owner in defining project objectives.
• Participating in the selection of appropriate solutions.
• Participating in the definition of the testing plan.
• Facilitating a team of users.
• Participating in the analysis of impacts on the organization and work processes.
• Supporting change management.
• Defining user training actions.

Candidate must have   :

De formation Bac+5 ou + (Ingénieur, Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent )
