What you'll do

  • Partner with local & regional leadership to meet campus hiring needs across region
  • Develop and execute high-volume sourcing strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
  • Build strong student pipelines and recruit high-caliber talent
  • Represent the company professionally at campus events and career fairs
  • Drive proactive engagement with universities and student organizations
  • Generate and maintain candidate flow through job boards, networks, and direct outreach

  • What we're looking for
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on campus hiring.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled at conveying urgency and professionalism to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on relationship management.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, flexible, and proactive “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong command of the English & French language, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work onsite, 5 days a week.
