Profil Recherché

  • Requirements :
  • Diploma or above.
  • Must be fluent in Italian and English in terms of written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willing to accept rotational shift work (including weekends if required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

  • Sharp time management skills and strong sense of responsibility towards duty.
  • Desirable :

  • 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Customer Service (Financial / Forex industry would
  • be a distinct advantage).

  • A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
