Position overview :

Reporting directly to the Quality manager, our future Quality Coordinator will have as main missions to Improve Tangier's quality performance. Focus on Internal and external Customer Satisfaction. Develop the team under his / her responsibility. Improve the quality management system and achieve the Best in CLASS of the global E-System performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain the plant informed about Customer claims, warranties and internal quality issues.
• Ensure follow up of Quality KPIs (WC, RPPM, LMQM, SPPM etc.)
• Ensure the execution of Quality System / Control plan.
• Team Management of Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians and controllers.
• Follow up of Implementation of corrective and preventive actions based on Internal / External Defects.
• Ensure Execution of Process and Product Audits.
