Your Role

Introduction of new programs to serial life  :

Define the molding process, method and flow while ensuring the application of quality standards

Participate in new programs in While developing new injection tools (Improve & share plant standards, criticism Molding parameters used acc. To APTIV standards, etc…)

Ensure Reporting to plant team progress and status of affectation of new tools under built, in addition to peripheral required readiness

Receive, validate & ensure sharing of tools technical documentation

Coordinate, Plan and execute tools reception, Samples production, PPAP & Handover to serial life

Ensure sharing Lessons learned with Tooling engineers team,

Maintainability & Improvement of process during serial life  :

Ensure the application of instructions (global, European, local) relating to the Engineering dept with reference to the EOS

Coordinate, plan and execute the Implementation / validation of Molding Equipment

Participate in technical meeting with other departments.

Lead implementation of Molding engineering changes

Ensure compliance with APTIV Standards in term of H&S, and SPQVC

Ensure smooth running of the various internal & external audits

Identify deviations performed on our process and propose solutions for improvement

Provide Updated Parameters sheets for the various products

Monitor process KPI during validation.

Participate in the capacity calculation of machines, dryers, etc.

Ensure the specifications for the purchase of new molding equipment

Continuous Improvement  :

Permanence Improvement of changeover time & Tools Conversion time

Develop the skills matrix of subordinates

Maintain a cordial and positive attitude acc. APTIV values to achieve objectives set

Your Background

Bac+4 Industrial / Mechanical engineering.

Good level in languages : English, French;

Good communication and listening skills;

Ability to lead team ;

Spirit of analysis and synthesis ;

Availability & versality ;

Minimum 4 years experience
