What you’ll achieve

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building business with existing customers, you will also develop relationships with new clients.

You will :

Deliver ‘Extraordinary Experiences’ to our customers

Engage with our Customers when they choose to contact us via Phone, Chat, or Social media platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)

Satisfy each customer’s needs using our proven approach

Customer needs will vary. CCOE Agents are expected to deliver extraordinary experiences

Achieve and exceed the targets and KPIs defined by the CCOE organization

Essential Requirements

Fluent communication skills in French and English written and spoken

Good understanding of computer technology

Research skills, curiosity about business components, and good problem-solving skills

Knowledge of applicable technology, products, and services & ability to identify how these products and services align with customer / partner needs

Capacity to be a results-oriented teammate

Desirable Requirements

Communication skills and fluent in English
