This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The Role of Housekeeping Floor Supervisor :

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor Assistant to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!

Reporting into our Director of Housekeeping and will be responsible for coordinating our housekeeping team to ensure that our guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.

Our Ideal Housekeeping Floor Supervisor candidate will have :

Expertise in luxury hospitality operations and supervisory experience within Housekeeping focusing on service quality. We are looking for a special individual who shares our passion for excellence and whom delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

You will have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, a passion for service and an exceptional eye for detail, an empathetic and caring approach, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
