Our Group (55 million in sales by 2022) is pursuing its development in more than 8 sites in France and 9 countries directly (Germany, Spain, Italy, Morocco, Algeria, Poland, Colombia, Japan, Belgium).

We are involved in the design, certification, manufacturing and marketing of our implants (hip, knee, hand extremity, shoulder), splints and allograft bone range.

To strengthen our position in Morocco, we are looking as soon as possible

for a Country Manager - based in Morocco; the office is in Rabat.

Your main duties :

  • Definition of strategic development axes (sales and marketing measures) for Morocco
  • Sales development : Portfolio development for direct sales to hospitals and clinics / Portfolio development for sales via sales partners / Development of a combined sales network for direct sales via own sales staff and indirect sales with sales partners
  • Management of the subsidiary : Sales and financial reporting / Preparation of budgets
  • Introduction of new products

Your goals :

  • Achievement of the agreed targets over a period of 3 years
  • Ensuring the financial profitability of the business activity (adherence to the budget)
  • Your qualifications :

  • Experience in the marketing of implantable medical devices, preferably orthopedics (prostheses).
  • You already have existing networks and contacts to decision-makers in the industry.
  • As a highly motivated and committed personality with a structured, determined and success-oriented way of working, you will enjoy selling and advising, as well as negotiating skills and a secure conclusion at all hierarchical level.
  • You speak fluent English and are willing to travel as well as flexible
