Head of Sales Networking Solutions (Africa Region)

SC Consulting is recruiting on behalf of its client, a leading international manufacturer of industrial networking and connectivity solutions , for an experienced Head of Sales Networking Solutions to lead and develop the sales organization across Africa .
The company designs and produces advanced routers, switches, gateways, and modems serving industries such as Telecommunications, Smart Cities, Industry 4.0, and Renewable Energy .
Main Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to achieve performance and growth objectives.
Define and implement an effective sales strategy for the African market.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities for business expansion.
Ensure accurate reporting and CRM management across the team.
Collaborate closely with senior management to align commercial goals and ensure consistent execution.
Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
Profile & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales , including 2 years in a managerial or leadership role . Africa region experience is mandatory.
Proven background in IoT, Telecommunications, or Networking Solutions .
Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Fluent in French and English (Arabic is an advantage).
Availability for regional travel when required.
