Welovebuzz is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the content team. This full-time role is available in Casablanca.WelovebuzzWelovebuzz mission is to entertain, inform and inspire the young generation. Every week, we reach over 15 million people across our platforms. Giant brands, like Nike, Samsung or P&G, rely on Welovebuzz to share their message and inspire the younger generation. Welovebuzz's vision is to become millennials' favorite place on the internet.Our media business has been growing exceptionally fast both in terms of revenue and audience. What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
  • Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships
  • Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities within your portfolio
  • Provide superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Identify opportunities for improve and propose new tools and processes
  • Support sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry
  • Ideal candidate

  • 5+ years experience in agency or similar
  • Strong customer service and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
