MyOutDesk is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager to oversee our Casablanca office operations during the evening shift. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our team with various operational needs. Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role —at least 3 years of experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills —capable of managing a team and maintaining efficient office operations.
Strong communication skills —ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software; familiarity with office management tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented —able to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated —proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
Education : Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
Availability : Ability to work the evening shift (15 : 00 to 01 : 00) - preferably experienced working the evening shift
