Key Responsibilities of the Multi-skilled Technician :

Handles general maintenance work across different areas : electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, air conditioning, etc.

Ensures all equipment and facilities are in perfect working order to guarantee comfort and safety for guests and staff.

Responds quickly and effectively to technical issues or requests from guests and hotel departments.

Participates in the implementation of the hotel’s preventive maintenance program.

Works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to achieve quality and performance targets.

Ensures compliance with safety, hygiene, and internal procedures.

Documents all interventions and reports any anomalies or major repair needs.

Requirements for the Role :

Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality or building maintenance.

General technical skills across multiple areas (electrical, plumbing, minor repairs).

Strong sense of service, attention to detail, and responsiveness.

Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.

Autonomy, organization, and reliability.

Basic computer knowledge (, maintenance management systems).

Physically fit and compliant with safety regulations.
