Associate Director of Sales

Organization- Park Hyatt Marrakech Summary The Associate Director of Sales is an experienced senior level hotel sales role that reports directly to the Director of Sales.Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for achieving the sales goals, managing and leading the sales staff as well as managing select key accounts, so relationship building is incredibly important.The ADOS is also responsible to manage the sales target of thehotel in coordination with DOS, develop and implement strategies for achieving the sales goals. Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-4 years previous sales experience required; ideally in Marrakech, Casablanca or Rabat
• Proficient in general computer knowledge
• Supervisory experience, and able to train and monitor the process of sending referrals
• Setting traces and profiling accounts
• Excellent customer relations, communication, presentation and organization skills of utmost importance.
• Fluent in French & English.
