Tasks :

Supervise and manage the Accounts Payable team

Sound Knowledge in End to End Accounts payable process

Monitoring workload and allocating work as appropriate to ensure that team performance remains within agreed KPIs

Providing guidance, training and development to the team as required

Manage and supervise activities of the team; by effective leadership, coaching and development.

Conducting annual development reviews

Monitor KPIs and dashboard and respond to performance challenges proactively to ensure excellent team performance

Continually seek ways to achieve and improve on Service Standards, contribute towards business outcomes and enhance both internal and external customer service by on-job coaching and effective communication.

Requirements :

Graduate in Commerce from a reputed university

Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable T&E & Reconciliation.

Additional focus on Procurement skills

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Good organisational and administrative ability including effective time management

Excellent numeric skills

Exposure in SAP, Ariba & People Soft application would be an added advantage

Should be pro-active, self-reliant, confident and able to remain calm under pressure.

Able to use their own initiative and work independently.

Must be able to work effectively within a Team.
