Based in Rabat, we work with clients around the world, turning strategy into execution—and ideas into real business results.

Now, we’re looking for a Growth Marketer to join our in-house team and help us push the boundaries of performance-driven marketing.

What you’ll be doing

As a Growth Marketer at Vesense, you’ll work directly with our Head of Marketing (Stefan) and get your hands dirty across the full AARRR funnel—from awareness to retention.

Expect to :

  • Own and optimize SEO processes (technical + content) using Notion, Airtable, and other tools
  • Build smart automations with n8n, Automa, and AI assistants
  • Drive link-building through outreach, partnerships, and guest posts
  • Coordinate freelancers for content creation, design, and translations
  • Support CMS workflows (WordPress & Webflow), plugin setups, and mini-tool development
  • Run CRO experiments, test landing pages, and help improve signup conversions
  • Report on impact : traffic growth, keyword performance, content pipeline, and experiments
  • Deliver rapid iterations with a strong bias for action

Within 3 months, you’ll have :

  • Documented and optimized 3+ core growth processes
  • Launched 2 updates to our content generation or automation flows
  • Delivered 30+ high-quality content pieces through freelancers
  • Secured 30 new backlinks via outreach
  • Shipped weekly SEO or growth performance reports
  • Pushed experiments that contribute to +20% growth in non-branded traffic

    • What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in growth, content, or digital marketing
  • Solid knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page)
  • You’ve played with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Automa
  • Familiarity with CMS (WordPress, Webflow)
  • Strong writing and content coordination skills
  • Comfortable using Airtable, Notion, and AI tools
  • Analytical mindset + action-oriented attitude
  • Fluent in French+English
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Rabat – this is not a remote role
