EE Pilot - Stellantis Kragujevac plant (Serbia)

In the context of passenger car vehicle development phase MICLA is looking for engineer who will work in the role of EE pilot (Electrical & Electronics Pilot) at Stellantis Kragujevac plant in Serbia on F1HE program (Grande Panda).

The EE Pilot is responsible for leading and coordinating the development, integration, validation, and industrialization of Electrical & Electronic (E&E) systems throughout the vehicle development lifecycle. Acting as the primary technical focal point for E&E integration within a vehicle program, the EE Pilot ensures that all electrical and electronic components, software functions, and system interfaces meet program objectives for performance, quality, timing, cost, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, suppliers, vehicle integration teams, validation groups, manufacturing, and program management to ensure successful delivery of E&E content at all project milestones.

EE pilot you will operate as SSTM deputy to support program leadership and coordination, system integration and validation activities and manufacturing activities.

More in detail, she/he will be responsible for leading or supporting the following activities:

Main Meetings to be present in:

• First 30min war room for following up mainly engagement of new configuration and if required support from plant
• Morning/Evening markets
• OD2/CC4 meeting (SW release and flashing)
• Configuration meeting XX24/F1H
• SW configuration/HW scheduling
• RPO with CVE
• Gimux
• Dote review
• EE Morning market for EE parts postit

Gimux:

• Gimux Table double check, trans codification table
• Open point and ongoing topics follow-up – Gimux table update
• Trans codification status follow-up
• Blocking point follow-up, escalation, speed-up actions (stakeholder pushing, info sharing)
• Maintaining workflow integrity

CEP (Electronic Project Configuration)

• CEP review (missing Mecha references, new CEP for MHEV/BEV, missing parts …)
• Double check if CEP is aligned with official configuration. If not to share info with team
• Compare table for each CEP (evolution tracking / global view)

SOA (Start of Assembly) of new configuration

• Follow-up, monitoring and reporting of scheduled plan
• Coordination in war room for planning
• Planning monitoring for SOA and new vehicle configuration
• Coordination with EE industrial leader for scout cars and drive for blocking point
• Follow and monitoring of End Of Line workflow (OR/CEP/CODEP/RTM/MES/DSA)
• Official mail for GO/NOGO and actions:
  • List of new parts with Mecha reference to assemble
  • Alignment with GA/TSQ for first Seq of engagement
• Parts availability for assembly
  • Coordination with external provider, SSTL’s, TSQ and logistic for parts availability with the right SW

Technical requirements

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Vehicle Engineering.
• Automotive architecture
• Communication and networking – CAN/CAN FD/LIN/Ethernet
• UDS Diagnostics – Unified Diagnostic Services according to ISO 14429
• Vehicle features / System requirements / EE components
• Diagnostic tester tools
• Vector CAN analyzer tools
• Schematics / wiring harness diagrams
