Riyad – Native English-Speaking Nanny & Native Spanish-Speaking Nanny

The family has three children aged 1, 3 and 4, and is expecting a fourth baby in December 2026. French and English are spoken daily. The parents are involved in their children’s lives.

The household is building a team of four full-time nannies, with one nanny already in place. This brief covers two of the additional positions. The nannies will work closely together, organising their schedules around the family’s needs with flexibility, clear communication and a strong team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive daily care and support the children’s routines.

• Plan age-appropriate educational activities, creative play, reading and outings, and encourage independence.

• Provide educational support and daily immersion in the nanny’s native language.

• For the English-speaking nanny: support English learning and, as the children grow, homework.

• For the Spanish-speaking nanny: introduce Spanish through conversation, games, reading, songs and educational activities.

• Maintain a warm, consistent and reassuring educational framework, combining energy and natural authority.

Travel

The family travels frequently, for more than 21 weeks per year, including Dubai, France, the Maldives and the Seychelles. Two to four nannies accompany the family, depending on the destination and requirements.

Conditions

• Location: Riyad, Saudi Arabia.

• Long-term position under a local employment contract.

• Six working days per week.

• Salary: €5,000 net per month for each nanny.

• Accommodation stated in the original brief: a two-bedroom apartment shared with another nanny, with a private bedroom for each. In the event of a family relocation, a private bedroom within the family residence may be provided. Accommodation arrangements in Riyad are to be confirmed.

• Start date: to be confirmed; the original advertised start was August or September 2026.

Profil recherché

Two distinct profiles are sought:

• One native English-speaking nanny.

• One native Spanish-speaking nanny, with fluent English essential.

For both positions:

• Proven experience in high-end private households.

• Experience with babies, young children and siblings.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Flexibility, organisation, initiative and a strong educational approach.

• Warmth, energy and natural authority.

• A valid European passport, as specified in the original brief.

• Fluent English.

• Up-to-date First Aid certification.

• Strong swimming ability.

• Availability for frequent international travel.

• A driving licence is an advantage but is not essential.
