Customer service representative and assembly planner

-Act as a primary point of contact to customers by owning all the communication related to material deliveries invoicing and claims disputes

- Receive analyze and manage customer demands by ensuring on time deliveries

- Demonstrate proactivity and collaboration with various internal departments

- Launch assembly planning based on forecasts raw material and resources availability.

- Ensure the daily follow up of production output

- Understand complex customer needs and develop innovative solutions.

- Guarantee the customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

- Degree : BAC 5 or equivalent ( Logistics / supply chain/ industrial management )

- Having 2 years of experience in the automotive industry

- Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics

- Good knowledge of SAP and ideally SAP S/4HANA.

- Advanced MS office skills especially Excel Tool.

- Good level in French English is mandatory (Spanish and German are preferable)

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Highly effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Solid background in Lean management.
