Technical Solution Manager

Job Description:

Context:

Airbus Defence and Space Morocco is looking for aTechnical Solution Manager
(M/F) (Telecommunications Solution Architect)to join our System Design & Engineering team in Rabat Morocco.

As a Technical Solution Manager you are responsible for the adequacy and
compliance of the proposed Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) solution in TETRA ETSI standard with customer functional and operational requirements. You will have to provide technical solution description in bid and in project phases.

Functions:

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Collection and analysis of customer functional and operational requirements
Definition of the technical solution: specification architecture dimensioning
with adequate resiliency performance and security levels and optimized
costs
Write-up of the Technical Solution Description documents: HLD (High-Level
design) and LLD (Low-level design)
Configuration of the network elements: parameters delivery for roll-out
Bid/Project Technical follow-up: technical reviews with customers
commitment requests technical changes
Suppliers technical follow-up: technical specification and qualification plan
Scope of supply definition for the end-to-end solution
End-to end integration strategy
Test plan definition and System Acceptance of the solution
Operational planning with Customer.

Our expectations for you:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Telecommunication or similar and at least
3-5 years of relevant work experience in Telecommunications domain
Skills in telecommunications network architecture in TETRA standard.
Organisational skills and activity follow-up
Capacity to communicate with different stakeholders internally and externally
Willingness to work in an international environment volunteer proactive and
dynamic
Fluent spoken and written French and English skills are required.
To succeed in this kind of role you need to have collaborative and proactive
way of working and customer service attitude.

This position requires a security clearance or to be eligible to such clearance by
relevant authorities.
