About this role

We are looking for an efficient Human Resources Admin. Lead to undertake a variety of HR duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like personnel, payroll & administration.

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources & general administrative responsibilities.

The Human Resources Admin Lead will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. The Human Resources Admin Lead will work under the supervision of the Global HR Manager, and CHCO, and work closely with the Management team including the Country Manager and employees

What will you do?

Key job requirements will be your ability to

  • Provide administrative support to all team members
  • Organize and maintain files and records (hard copies and on the HRIS system)
  • Manage employee’s health insurance files and reimbursement
  • Ensure employee’s personnel information and records are up to date
  • Handle the onboarding, offboarding & termination process
  • Handle employment office relations, social security, and employees’ inquiries and complains
  • Handle foreigners’ work permit process (new hires and renewal)
  • Maintain employees’ time off records and requests through the HRIS system in different regions
  • Ensure compliance and understand local labor law affecting human resources, and payroll, including but not limited to time off, medical leave, safety, and immigration process
  • Process payroll in timely manner
  • Participate in recognition, morale building and office involvement activities
  • Effectively communicate information, change, update, and respond to questions in person, in small group or through video conference with the employees, vendors and other partners

Who you are?

Background & linguistic skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field; additional education in Human Resources Management will be a plus
  • A minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Full proficiency in English- Additional languages are a plus
  • Strong knowledge of the local labor law
  • Strong knowledge of the work permit and residency process for expats will be a plus
  • Competencies :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in the HRIS system is a plus
  • You enjoy having a high level of autonomy, proactiveness, hands-on person, and reliability
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and rigor
